With over three hundred members, Farm Comm's vision is to foster a caring society, a large family that is focused on trust and mutual respect in which people feel safe from crime. Our strength in community helps people feel less afraid, vulnerable or isolated in the place where they live.
Fire
Equipped with highly mobile bowsers and high pressure pumps, Farm Comm's fire team have saved the day on numerous occasions over many years. Not only helping to prevent fires from destroying homes and property, but they have come to the assistance of many people both in and out of Farm Comm's area. These dedicated volunteers are a force to be reconned with!
Medical Matters
Farm Comm's medical team consists of well trained and equipped volunteers, ready to come to the attention of members, day or night. Whether in response to injuries from an attack or health related medical issues that may arise in your home, these dedicated professionals are ready to come to your assistance.
Technical Support
Farm Comm's unique capacity to handle emergencies of almost any nature is enhanced by our new control room. Manned by trained volunteers, the centralised control room, backed up by personnel operating from home after hours, is equipped with the latest in radio communications and is able to stay in touch with all our members at all times.
