Dear Farm Comm member, thank you for helping to keep us all safe by doing day / night patrol. Please submit your report by completing the electronic form below. Once completed (including the mandatory fields) please hit the "submit button" at the end of the form to send it to admin for processing. Please note that although you will not see the start and end times after entering them, they will nonethless be submitted with your report.
